Dear PAPA Bridge Family,<\/p>\n

We would like to update you on our latest developments:<\/p>\n

We are very pleased to welcome Felician (34) as the new Production, Sales and Marketing Manager at PAPA Bridge. He grew up in the Kilimanjaro region and is well acquainted with the local economic realities. Over nine years of experience in school organization and quality development \u2013 including serving as Deputy Headteacher and Quality Assurance Officer \u2013 he built structures, optimized processes, and helped shape sustainable growth. He was part of a leadership team that developed a school from 70 to 300 students \u2013 a clear testament to his strategic competence and ability to deliver results.<\/p>\n

Felician combines entrepreneurial thinking with hands-on experience and, at PAPA Bridge, takes responsibility for expanding our production areas as well as further developing sales and marketing. His focus is on economic stability, sustainable profitability, and long-term impact. His goal is not only to prepare young people for the job market, but to empower them to become self-employed entrepreneurs \u2013 a decisive step out of poverty toward an independent future.<\/p>\n

We are deeply grateful that Felician has become part of the PAPA Bridge family. For his new role, we wish him great joy, strength, and success, and we ask for God\u2019s abundant blessing upon him and upon our shared work in Tanzania.<\/p>\n
